We built a secure, web-based model to provide a group-level, consolidated cash flow forecast
Our client required improved visability of cash flow across its divisions to provide a simple, group-level rolling 13-week forecast on a weekly basis.
Eschewing a traditional spreadsheet approach (because of its potential for error, version history problems etc), we developed a secure, web-based application to capture cash flow forecasts from the divisional accountants and consolidate to group level.
The application is flexible – allowing for divisions or cash flow lines to be changed at any time, for example – but deliberately simple. It also provides a formatted Excel download for printing or further analysis.
The group now has access to reliable, robust cash flow forecasts around which to plan its operations.
